I attended 5th AOSSS in 2005, that’s a wonderful experience, the host CICC and China Electronics Standardization Institute made an important change of AOSSS, which was host the programmer’s workshop before the regular conference, called “CodeFest”.

I worked with hcchien from Taipei Perl Mongers to co-organize the YAPC 2005, I was aslo moderating a panel focus on the usage and discussion about openfoundry.
